1. Participate in defining and implementing the fragrance category strategy across European stores and e-commerce platforms.
2. Co-develop 360° innovation and marketing plans with brands, markets, and the marketing team.
3. Coordinate omnichannel and digital projects during key category events such as Mother's Day and year-end festivities.
4. Conduct post-activation reporting and internal presentations.
5. Analyze performance metrics for the brand, destinations, and new launches.
6. Monitor competition and consumer trends in the market.
7. Source new fragrance brands and explore new market opportunities.
8. Maintain continuous communication with various brands, countries, and internal departments.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in marketing or digital.

1. Dynamic, curious, rigorous, and autonomous.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong analytical mindset and numerical aptitude.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the beauty sector is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing or digital from a business school or university.
