Sephora Assistant Category Manager E-store Make-up Intern

- Support Category Managers in developing the digital strategy for the Make-up category.
- Coordinate category projects and implement brand action plans, including animations, e-merchandising, cross-selling, and search.
- Manage and implement promotional tools and offers, such as purchase offers, samples, and boxes.
- Oversee the digital activation plan for make-up across the website and app.
- Participate in communications with brands and internal departments, including supply chain, social media, CRM, and e-store.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses, including weekly and monthly figures and ad hoc analyses.
- Conduct weekly competitive intelligence monitoring.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (1st or 2nd year) in business school or equivalent university with a focus on marketing/commerce.
- Seeking a final-year internship or gap year placement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Possess strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Previous corporate experience preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and the beauty market is appreciated.
