- Participate in the implementation and animation of purchasing strategies for the accessories category.
- Manage new projects including thematic animations, collaborations, and new product launches.
- Challenge and understand project briefs, proposing 'design to cost' and 'cost to value' opportunities.
- Define and engage a panel of suppliers in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate project teams, defining roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct margin simulations and propose purchasing and development strategies to meet objectives.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including performance evaluations and scorecard updates.
- Ensure compliance and execution of supplier agreements, resolving disputes as necessary.
- Monitor and report on supplier sustainability and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define and deploy sourcing strategies considering lead time, pricing, and transportation constraints.
- Conduct market research on raw material prices and transportation, raising business alerts.
- Negotiate product pricing, commercial terms, and exclusivity agreements.
- Monitor project margins and generate performance reports.
- Manage contracts, data entry in SAP, and participate in budget and stock reduction planning.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including forecasting, stock monitoring, and obsolescence control.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a specialization in purchasing preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of promotional items and beauty accessories packaging.
- Adaptability in an international environment.
- Leadership and management skills, including negotiation, strategic vision, and project management.
- Strong organizational skills and team collaboration.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with purchasing and supplier management is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering.
