1. Act as a liaison between central teams and the Americas region, ensuring optimal communication.
2. Interact with various departments to adapt global guidelines to North and South American markets.
3. Share assets, launch guidelines, and best practices with countries.
4. Analyze and challenge forecasts for new products.
5. Manage samples and follow up on their distribution.
6. Represent the Americas region internally at Sephora Collection central.
7. Ensure country interests are considered at the central level.
8. Assist countries in assortment construction and end-of-life management.
9. Monitor local animation plans and ensure proper execution.
10. Analyze the North American business and market.
11. Prepare reports on brand performance by country and identify business potentials.
12. Conduct competitive analysis and report best practices.
13. Monitor KPIs and budget.
14. Propose improvements to enhance business performance.
