1. Monitor brand performance in the Asia zone, including monthly updates of market sheets and performance analysis.
2. Conduct performance studies of product launches and seasonal animations, communicating results to teams and identifying growth opportunities.
3. Provide operational support, coordinating with the Supply Chain team for shipments and analyzing launch quantities for necessary adjustments.
4. Coordinate with the Training team to communicate developed tools to markets and implement ad-hoc actions based on specific needs.
5. Manage assortment updates, product launch referencing, and monitor specific product developments.
6. Propose and manage 360° activation packages, ensuring proper execution by markets and sharing digital assets.

1. Enrollment in a gap year or final year of a Master's program in business school.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
2. Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Sensitivity to the cosmetics industry and the Asian market.

A first internship in an international environment is preferred.

Gap year/Master's program or final year of business school.
