1. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the collection of Omni-channel KPIs (Retail + Web).
2. Monitor the monthly BTQ (boutiques) reporting process, tracking sales data from all Sephora WW points of sale, including stores and e-commerce sites, for the group.
3. Develop monthly retail performance dashboards focusing on key indicators such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and associated retail costs like labor and rent analysis.
4. Track the performance and openings of new stores.
5. Participate in the development of new BI tools for performance analysis.
6. Assist in constructing new analytical models and benchmarks by country.
7. Engage in budget review processes.
8. Contribute to the review and validation of CAPEX for new store openings.

1. University degree or business school education.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication, dynamism, and proactivity.
4. Fluency in English.
