Sephora Assistant Brand Marketing Manager

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, workstreams, and deliverables for 5-7 annual campaigns.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Creative, and external partners to ensure aligned goals and successful campaign execution.
- Integrate Sephora-owned channels and partner resources to maximize efficiency and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Lead content planning and create engaging consumer activities, designing innovative in-store experiences to enhance brand perception.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and provide insights for optimization.
- 5+ years in brand marketing or campaign management, preferably in multinational, luxury retail, or agency settings.
- Proven experience in omnichannel integrated marketing and project management.
- Strong responsibility and independent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent cross-team communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of developing engaging content and experiences.
- Proficient in English with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields preferred.
