- Coordinate the operational progress of projects with key makeup brands, focusing on trade and digital initiatives.
- Conduct precise analysis of animation performances to establish and share best practices both centrally and locally.
- Assist the Brand Marketing team in constructing launch reports.
- Serve as a central point of contact for local teams, addressing alerts, transmitting guidelines, gathering feedback, and responding to inquiries.
- Conduct ongoing research on best practices within and outside Sephora's competitive landscape.
- Enrollment in a business school or university, preferably in the second part of a gap year or Master's program.
- Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, organization, persuasive abilities, and analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of the beauty market and an affinity for e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular aptitude for Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent level of English.
No specific experience required, but relevant academic background and internships in marketing or beauty industry are advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
