- Coordinate the operational progress of various cross-functional projects for the Sephora Collection brand.
- Conduct precise performance analysis of marketing campaigns to establish and share best practices both centrally and locally.
- Assist the Brand Marketing team in constructing launch reports.
- Serve as a central point of contact for local teams to address alerts, transmit guidelines, gather feedback, and respond to inquiries.
- Conduct ongoing research on best practices within and beyond Sephora's competitive landscape.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M2) at a business school with a specialization in Marketing.
