Sephora Assistant Brand CRM Manager Intern

- Assist in the implementation of the Brand CRM plan across Europe and contribute to the omnichannel CRM strategy tailored to partner brands and aligned with category priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Strategic Marketing, Image & Data teams to coordinate the development of digital assets and ensure seamless deployment of brand activation plans.
- Ensure local relevance and coherence of campaigns across European markets by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze CRM campaign results and recommend actionable strategies to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Develop CRM, analytical, and digital marketing expertise in an international and dynamic beauty sector environment.
- Final year student in business school, university, or equivalent with a specialization in Digital Marketing or Data Marketing.
- Previous successful experience in CRM or data marketing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or agency sectors; experience in beauty is a plus.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in written and spoken French and English, essential for thriving in an international environment.
- Agility, dynamism, and rigor in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and demanding context.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, creativity, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Comfortable with numbers and eager to enhance analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM campaign processes and ideally with tools such as Figma and JIRA.
Beginner level experience in CRM or data marketing, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or agency settings.
Final year student in business school, university, or equivalent with a specialization in Digital Marketing or Data Marketing.
