Sephora Asset Protection Team Lead

1. Serve as a trainer for new Asset Protection Agents and assist in the development of existing Agents.
2. Collaborate with the District Loss Prevention Manager to detect internal theft using various tools and ensure adherence to Sephora Loss Prevention standards.
3. Support the hiring process and conduct OPEX Evaluations as required.
4. Assist stores with all Loss Prevention Programs and review exception reports and cash variances to detect internal activity.
5. Act as a witness to internal interviews where applicable and prepare a Market and Agent recap for the DLPM weekly.
6. Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes and conduct Store Tours with leadership teams, completing and sharing Store Tour Notes.
7. Review and approve Agents' schedules within the assigned district and assist high shrink stores with inventory preparation.
8. Conduct Agent onboarding and, in the absence of the DLPM, attend and present at District meetings and cast cluster trainings.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. High School graduate or equivalent.
3. Current licensing requirements as required by provincial or local jurisdiction.

4. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with some overnight travel.
5. Ability to oversee a multi-store district.
6. Ability to stand/walk sales floor for an 8-hour shift.

8. Leadership skills to maintain objective and professional relationships with brand partners, key stakeholders, cast, peers, and supervisors.

A minimum of 2 years in Loss Prevention within a retail environment is required.

High School graduate or equivalent.
