1. Assist stores with all Loss Prevention Programs.
2. Review exception reports and cash variances to detect internal activity.
3. Act as a witness to internal interviews where applicable.
4. Prepare a Market and Agent recap for the District Loss Prevention Manager weekly.
5. Assist in the training and development of Loss Prevention Agents.
6. Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes.
7. Conduct Store Tours with leadership teams and complete Store Tour Notes.
8. Review and approve Agents' schedules within the assigned district.
9. Assist high shrink stores with inventory preparation.
10. Conduct Agent onboarding and OPEX evaluations where applicable.
11. Attend and present at District meetings and cast cluster trainings in the absence of the District Loss Prevention Manager.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. High School graduate or equivalent.
3. Current licensing requirements as required by provincial or local jurisdiction.

4. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to oversee a multi-store district.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

High School graduate or equivalent.
