1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in meetings and training sessions.
2. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses as directed by the District Asset Protection Manager.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1-year experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

At least one year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service environment is required.

$23.00 - $31.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
