1. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients in asset protection matters.
2. Conduct surveillance and utilize CCTV to identify and deter theft.
3. Adhere to laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
5. Develop relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, and mall security.
6. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Conduct employee training to enhance loss prevention awareness.
8. Perform store audits, safety inspections, and communicate findings to leadership.
9. Assist with inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plans.

1. 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in retail.
2. Meet all licensing requirements as per local jurisdiction.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

Minimum 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
