1. Protect store assets against theft and loss.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans.
3. Enhance store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and trainings.
4. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
5. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate losses.
6. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
7. Adhere to laws and company policies regarding apprehensions and evidence preservation.
8. Testify in court for company-related cases as required.
9. Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Meet all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

2. Proficiency in using CCTV and reporting systems.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Attention to detail and strong observational skills.

Minimum of 1 year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
