- Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through active participation in store meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
- Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses as directed by the District Asset Protection Manager.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support and work across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
- Minimum of one year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
At least one year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service-oriented environment is required.
$19.50 - $22.99 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and other non-discriminatory business factors.
