Sephora Asset Protection Partner

1. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients in need of assistance.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV to identify, observe, and deter potential theft.
3. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases.
7. Conduct new hire and ongoing employee training to enhance store loss prevention awareness.
8. Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections.
9. Communicate findings to the store leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
10. Assist with inventory preparation and process.
11. Collaborate with stores and the District Loss Prevention Manager to develop and execute shrinkage prevention plans.

1. Minimum 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local jurisdictions.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
4. Flexibility to work various hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work at multiple locations within a market.

Minimum 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.

High School diploma or equivalent.
