Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients in need of assistance.
- Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV to identify, observe, and deter potential theft.
- Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases.
- Conduct new hire and ongoing employee training to enhance store loss prevention awareness.
- Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections.
- Communicate findings to the store leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Assist with inventory preparation and process.
- Collaborate with stores and the District Loss Prevention Manager to develop and execute shrinkage prevention plans.
- Minimum 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
- Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local jurisdictions.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Flexibility to work various hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work at multiple locations within a market.
Minimum 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
