1. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients in asset protection.
2. Conduct surveillance and utilize CCTV systems to deter and apprehend theft.
3. Adhere to legal and company policies regarding apprehensions and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
5. Develop relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, and mall security.
6. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Conduct new hire and ongoing employee training on loss prevention.
8. Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections.
9. Communicate findings to store leadership and district loss prevention manager.
10. Assist in inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plan execution.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in retail.
2. Meet all licensing requirements as per local jurisdiction.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and coach effectively on loss prevention techniques.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
