Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with the Leadership team to uphold operational controls to minimize losses.
- Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and through CCTV to identify and deter potential thefts.
- Adhere to legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, searches, and evidence preservation.
- Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and accident investigations.
- Foster professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
- Provide testimony in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
- Deliver training to new hires and ongoing education to employees on loss prevention.
- Perform store self-audits, safety inspections, and communicate findings to the Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Assist with inventory preparation and collaborate on shrinkage prevention strategies.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
- Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as dictated by provincial or local jurisdiction.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to work at multiple locations within a market.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment is required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
