1. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients while ensuring asset protection.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV to deter and apprehend theft.
3. Adhere to legal and company policies regarding apprehensions and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
5. Develop relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, and mall security.
6. Testify in court for company-related cases.
7. Conduct employee training to enhance loss prevention awareness.
8. Perform store audits, safety inspections, and communicate findings to leadership.
9. Assist in inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plan execution.

1. Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in retail.
2. Meet all licensing requirements as per local jurisdiction.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Effective interviewing and listening abilities.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
4. Ability to maintain composure and provide coaching on loss prevention techniques.

Minimum 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.

High School diploma or equivalent.
