1. Protect store assets against theft and loss.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans.
3. Increase and maintain store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and trainings.
4. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the selling floor.
5. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
6. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
7. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
8. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
9. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1-year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Capability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as dictated by state or local jurisdiction.

At least one year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service-oriented environment is required.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications, relevant experience, and other legitimate business factors specific to the position or location.
