- Protect store assets against theft and loss.
- Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans.
- Increase and maintain store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and trainings.
- Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the selling floor.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
- Capability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as dictated by state or local jurisdiction.
At least one year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service-oriented environment is required.
$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications, relevant experience, and other legitimate business factors specific to the position or location.
