Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness by participating in store meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
- Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
- Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using CCTV systems
- Ability to prepare detailed reports
- Teamwork and collaboration
At least 1 year of experience in a related field such as Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection.
$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
