- Promote safety and awareness through proactive engagement and training.
- Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support service.

- Support multiple locations as needed and represent Sephora in legal proceedings if required.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
- Proficient in conflict de-escalation techniques.
- Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
1–2 years in relevant fields such as retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
