1. Protect store assets against theft and maintain operational controls to reduce shortage.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and deter theft.
3. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases.
7. Provide new hire and continuous employee training to maintain loss prevention awareness.
8. Conduct store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections.
9. Communicate findings to the store leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
10. Assist with inventory preparation and process.
11. Partner with stores and DLPM in developing and executing shrinkage prevention plans.

1. 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by province or local jurisdiction.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
4. Availability to work flexible hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work at multiple locations within a market.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

High School diploma or equivalent.
