1. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients regarding asset protection.
2. Conduct surveillance and utilize CCTV systems to deter and apprehend theft.
3. Adhere to legal and company policies concerning apprehensions and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners and law enforcement.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company as required.
7. Conduct employee training to enhance loss prevention awareness.
8. Perform store self-audits, safety inspections, and communicate findings to leadership.
9. Assist with inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plans.

1. Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in retail.
2. Meet all licensing requirements as per local jurisdiction.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field is required.
