Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with the Leadership team to uphold operational controls to minimize losses.
- Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter external thefts.
- Adhere to legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Foster professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
- Testify in court for company-related criminal or civil cases as required.
- Conduct new hire and ongoing employee training to enhance loss prevention awareness.
- Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections, and communicate findings to the Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Assist with inventory preparation and execution of shrinkage prevention plans.
- Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
- Fulfillment of all licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local jurisdiction.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to work at multiple locations within the market.
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
High School diploma or equivalent.
