1. Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and enforce safety protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support a secure environment.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
6. Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience.
7. Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Represent Sephora in court proceedings if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
3. Proficiency in conflict de-escalation techniques.
4. Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$23.00 - $27.13 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
