1. Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, dedicating 75-80% of time to deter theft and support service.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
6. Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience.
7. Execute audits and prepare detailed reports for asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Support multiple store locations as needed.
10. Represent Sephora in court proceedings if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
3. Proficiency in conflict de-escalation techniques.
4. Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

1–2 years of experience in relevant fields such as retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
