1. Promote safety and awareness through active engagement and training.
2. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support customer service.
3. Collaborate with store leadership to implement shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
4. Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
5. Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and customer experience.
6. Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
7. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
8. Support multiple store locations as needed.
9. Testify in court on behalf of Sephora if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
3. Conflict de-escalation skills.
4. Proficiency with CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention is required.

$26.25 - $30.94 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
