1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and training sessions.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and implement Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Monitor store activities using CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if employed in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Fulfillment of all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

2. Proficiency in utilizing CCTV and exception-based reporting systems.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and staff.

At least 1 year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service environment is required.

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
