- Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and implement Safety and Shrink Plans.
- Monitor store activities using CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support across multiple store locations if employed in a multi-store area.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
- Fulfillment of all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing CCTV and exception-based reporting systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and staff.
At least 1 year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service environment is required.
$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
