- Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute safety and shrink plans.
- Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support and work across multiple store locations if required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
- Ability to meet and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.
A minimum of one year in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service environment is required.
$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, with the actual pay depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and other legitimate business factors.
