- Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in meetings and trainings.
- Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
