1. Safeguard company assets and ensure a secure environment for clients and employees.
2. Collaborate with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies.
3. Monitor store activity and handle incidents with professionalism.
4. Promote safety awareness and lead training sessions to reinforce safety protocols.
5. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support service.
6. Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
7. De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
8. Execute audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
9. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
10. Support multiple locations as needed and testify in court on behalf of the company if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
2. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
3. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
4. Conflict de-escalation skills.

1. Proficiency with CCTV and reporting tools.
2. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
3. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
