1. Safeguard store assets against theft through surveillance and adherence to company policies.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV to identify and deter theft.
3. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
4. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners and law enforcement.
5. Provide training to new hires and ongoing loss prevention education to staff.
6. Conduct store audits, safety inspections, and communicate findings to leadership.
7. Assist in inventory preparation and collaborate on shrinkage prevention plans.

1. Minimum of 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to meet all licensing requirements as per local jurisdiction.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
3. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
4. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

High School graduate or equivalent.
