1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and trainings.
2. Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Capability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

At least one year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment is required.

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
