1. Promote safety and awareness through active engagement with store teams and clients.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, spending 75-80% of time to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
6. Respond to incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
7. Execute audits and prepare comprehensive reports for asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Support multiple store locations as needed.
10. Represent Sephora in court proceedings if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
3. Proficient in conflict de-escalation.
4. Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
