1. Enhance and sustain store Asset Protection awareness through participation in store meetings and trainings.
2. Collaborate with District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if assigned in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to meet and maintain all licensing requirements as per state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

At least 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
