Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Provide friendly, professional service and inform customers effectively.
- Conduct on-site surveillance and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter theft.
- Adhere to Sephora's legal and regulatory guidelines regarding arrests, seizures, and evidence preservation.
- Prepare reports on theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, other retailers, law enforcement, and mall security.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Train new hires and employees on in-store loss prevention awareness.
- Conduct store audits and security inspections, communicating results to management.
- Assist management with inventory preparation and processes.
- Collaborate with store and district loss prevention management to develop and execute loss prevention plans.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in retail.
- Meet and maintain licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local authorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including listening, interviewing, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to remain calm and provide effective guidance on loss prevention techniques.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to work across multiple stores within the market.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
