Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Promote safety and awareness by leading and participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, spending 75-80% of time to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with store leadership and managers to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
- Respond to incidents by de-escalating situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
- Execute audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Support multiple locations as needed and represent Sephora in court if required.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
- Conflict de-escalation skills.
- Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
