- Protect store assets against theft and shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans.
- Enhance store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and trainings.
- Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
- Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
- Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in utilizing CCTV systems
- Ability to prepare comprehensive reports
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
At least 1 year of experience in a related field such as Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service-oriented environment.
$23.00 - $31.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
