1. Promote safety and awareness by leading and participating in meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols.
2. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, dedicating 75-80% of time to deterring theft, supporting service, and ensuring a safe environment.
3. Collaborate with store managers to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
4. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
5. Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience.
6. Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
7. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
8. Provide support to multiple locations as needed.
9. Represent Sephora in court if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
2. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.

1. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
2. Conflict de-escalation skills.
3. Proficiency with CCTV and reporting tools.
4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention is required.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
