1. Protect store assets against theft and maintain operational controls to reduce shortage.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV to identify and deter theft.
3. Adhere to laws and company policies concerning apprehensions and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
5. Develop relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, and mall security.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company when required.
7. Provide training to employees on loss prevention awareness.
8. Conduct store audits and communicate findings to leadership.
9. Assist with inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plans.

1. Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in retail.
2. Satisfy and maintain all necessary licensing requirements.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.70 - CAD$23.20 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
