1. Enhance and sustain store Asset Protection awareness through participation in store meetings and training sessions.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and implement Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if employed in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field such as Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection.

$21.00 - $28.88 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
