1. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients regarding asset protection.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and deter theft.
3. Adhere to all legal and company policies concerning apprehensions and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, and mall security.
6. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Conduct new hire and ongoing employee training on loss prevention.
8. Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections.
9. Communicate findings to store leadership and district loss prevention manager.
10. Assist with inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plans.

1. 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Meet all licensing requirements as per local jurisdiction.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
3. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching.
4. Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field is required.
