1. Maintain a visible, proactive presence on the sales floor (75–80% of shift) to deter theft, support sales teams and ensure client and employee safety.
2. Monitor and investigate loss incidents using CCTV and reporting tools; prepare audits and formal reports on asset protection activity.
3. Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to design and implement shrink‑reduction and safety initiatives.
4. Respond to incidents and de‑escalate conflicts professionally while preserving the client experience and prioritizing safety.
5. Adhere to all asset protection policies, licensing requirements and legal processes; represent the company and testify in court when required.
6. Support multiple store locations as needed and participate in meetings and trainings to reinforce safety protocols.

1. 1–2 years' experience in retail operations, loss prevention, hospitality, or a related field.
2. Demonstrable ability to de‑escalate conflict and manage sensitive incidents with discretion and professionalism.
3. Comfortable operating CCTV systems and standard reporting tools; strong attention to detail for audits and documentation.
4. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with store teams and leadership.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
6. Reliable punctuality and ability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for full‑time scheduling.

1–2 years of relevant experience in retail operations, loss prevention, hospitality or a related customer‑facing environment, with hands‑on exposure to security/CCTV monitoring, incident management and collaboration with store leadership.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training or certification in security, loss prevention or related fields is a plus.
