1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through active participation in meetings and trainings.
2. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses as directed by the District Asset Protection Manager.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

2. Proficiency in using CCTV systems and exception-based reporting tools.
3. Ability to prepare detailed reports and documentation.
4. Capacity to work collaboratively with store leadership and staff.

A minimum of one year in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service environment is required.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
