- Enhance and sustain store asset protection awareness by participating in store meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support and work across multiple store locations if necessary.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
- Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.
At least one year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service-oriented environment is required.
$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
