Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with the Leadership team to maintain operational controls.
- Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients, ensuring a secure shopping environment.
- Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and deter potential thefts.
- Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Conduct new hire and ongoing employee training to enhance store loss prevention awareness.
- Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections, communicating findings to the Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Assist in inventory preparation and process, partnering with stores and DLPM to develop and execute shrinkage prevention plans.
- Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by local jurisdiction.
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Flexibility to work various hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work at multiple locations within a market.
Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation ranges from CAD$18.60 to CAD$23.25 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
