1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with the Leadership team to uphold operational controls to minimize loss.
2. Provide exemplary customer service while conducting surveillance on the sales floor and utilizing CCTV systems to deter and apprehend potential theft.
3. Ensure compliance with Sephora policies and legal standards regarding apprehensions, searches, and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Cultivate professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
6. Testify in court on behalf of Sephora in relevant criminal or civil cases.
7. Conduct new hire and ongoing employee training to enhance store loss prevention awareness.
8. Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections, communicating findings to the Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
9. Assist with inventory preparation and collaborate on shrinkage prevention plans.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
2. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as dictated by provincial or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.

High School diploma or equivalent.
